For one, candy of any kind has been a long time gone from Michael family premises, which is rather impressive given that Dustin and I really are sweet-tooths (sweet-teeth?). But! More importantly, Easter is all about Christ overcoming the bitter chains of death and blessing us with the path to sweet Eternal Life. If there ever were a time to enjoy something sweet, I would think it would be now.
