I was eating a shaved ice yesterday and for whatever reason Sam Wright performing "Hot Hot Hot" on "Sebastian's Caribbean Jamboree" VHS popped into my mind. Sadly, that video is not available on youtube, but this one was!
Also not available - a clip from a Law and Order episode in which Sam Wright guest-starred and performed a scene with Jerry Orbach. That's right, the voice of Sebastian and the voice of Lumiere together in one room.
However, I was able to find the original music video to "Hot Hot Hot", which served to remind me just how sleezy David Johansen aka Buster Pointdexter is, especially while throwing a lame and somewhat culturally offensive "fiesta" in a sequin jacket.
Also - is that Bill Murray mixing drinks? Or am I just falling victim to the same temptation that identified President Obama in "Whoomp...There It Is"?
